Are you Child and pet friendly?

Yes, absolutely! We want you to celebrate what ever the occasion may be with everyone in your family.

Are we allowed to bring in our own food?

Yes, go for it! While we have catering onsite, we do not require you to book with them.

Do you Have a catering kitchen?

Unfortunately we do not have a catering kitchen. For outside caterers, we have an outdoor space just next to the distillery’s back of house. We recommend that they bring their own tents to cover and protect their prep area. However, they do have access to water, ice, and electricity if needed. They are required to bring their own prep tables and extension cords.

Are we allowed to bring in our own alcohol?

Yes and no. While we do allow you to bring in beer/seltzers/ciders that are covered with the required corkage fee, wine must be ordered through the venue and outside liquors are NEVER permitted due to our distillery licensing.

Do you have a bridal suite or changing rooms onsite?

We wish that we did! The Rackhouse is just the venue. However! We do partner with Felton Ranch (conveniently on the same street as The Rackhouse) for day rental of their venue! Get ready and take all of the pictures on the ranch before you head over to The Rackhouse. Take a look at our blog for more information on this partnership!

Is there a limit for how late our party can go?

Yes, 1 am is the latest Rackhouse events are allowed. Late night events that go past 10 pm also require security that we will secure for you as well as an additional $500 cleaning fee!

Do you have decor restrictions?

Yes! Glitter, confetti, and things of that nature are NOT permitted in the Rackhouse or the patio including latex balloons with confetti inside. Permanent fixtures are not permitted on the walls of the Rackhouse. The patio has a bit more flexibility for decor on the walls and ceilings, so let us know what you may want to dream up!

Is uber available in your area for guests?

Yes and no. Uber, Lyft, etc are in the area and relatively easy to get a ride with early in the day. Later into the evening and for late night events, ride shares are scarce in the hill country! Schedule a ride ahead or plan for a shuttle to take your guests home.

Do you have plenty of parking?

Yes, absolutely! We have a large business park for your guests to park or large shuttles and tour busses.
